Plugin Management

Features​

The bread and butter of the Community Plugin! This is the main access configuration to the entire set of tools that the Community Plugin provides. By providing access to this tool, you provide users the ability to update/change the configuration of the Community Plugin.

Setup​

  1. In Encompass
  2. Click on the Settings Menu
  3. Expand the Community Menu
  4. Click on PluginManagement

  1. Select the CommunityPlugin plugin from the dropdown menu

Setup

  1. In most cases you should consider providing fairly restricted access to this setting. In most cases, it will be limited to Super Admins or similar types of users.

Usage​

  1. In Encompass
  2. When launching the settings menu
  3. For users that have been given access to the Community Plugin in the steps above
  4. Upon clicking the Encompass settings menu
  5. The Community Plugin option will be shown:
