Setup

Setting up the Community Plugin by providing either persona based or user specific access to Tools.

Plugin Managment​

The plugin management section allows you to manage the settings associated with the Community Plugin.

Configuration​

After installing the Community Plugin, you will be able to access the Plugin Management section of the Encompass application.

  1. Launch Encompass SmartClient
  2. Click the Encompass menu in the top left
  3. Expand the Community Menu
  4. Click the Plugin Management option
  5. Configure access to the different tools the Community Plugin provides by either specifying access for everyone, limiting to specific personas, or limiting to specific users
