Setup
Setting up the Community Plugin by providing either persona based or user specific access to Tools.
Plugin Managment​
The plugin management section allows you to manage the settings associated with the Community Plugin.
Configuration​
After installing the Community Plugin, you will be able to access the Plugin Management section of the Encompass application.
- Launch Encompass SmartClient
- Click the Encompass menu in the top left
- Expand the Community Menu
- Click the Plugin Management option
- Configure access to the different tools the Community Plugin provides by either specifying access for everyone, limiting to specific personas, or limiting to specific users
